Not long ago the Dutch Consumer Association examined five websites from companies specialised in holiday homes and @Leisure was found to be the best. The association defined the site as 'attractive and functional and the presentation as 'perfect'. Moreover we were praised for the extended house descriptions: "...in a glance a good photograph, the most important information and the prices per week.

Quality guarantee
@Leisure guarantees that the descriptions reflect reality. This also applies to our photograph presentations. In case of errors and shortcomings the guest and the partner are compensated. The quality of the holiday cottages is of course depending on the care of both the homeowner and the caretaker. This applies to the quality of the accommodation, the maintenance and the cleaning but also for the quality of the reception on location.
Every owner is obliged by contract to guarantee this quality. To maintain the quality level @Leisure communicates regularly with its homeowners concerning specific quality aspects. Also @Leisure provides the owners with recommendations concerning home improvements. Whenever there are quality issues, clear agreements are made concerning required improvements.
Every house is carefully inspected and by means of an objective classification form is classified in 1 up to 5 stars; from simple to luxurious. This classification procedure is partly based upon the ANWB system (the main organization for Dutch travel, tourists and motorists).
Service
15 enthusiastic people within our reservation team will be at your service for 6 days a week, in your own language (Dutch, French, German, English and Spanish) for telephone reservations, cancellations and other information about bookings and destinations. We also have a 24 hour SOS service for your customers during their holiday stay. @Leisure can be contacted for emergencies and problems. This telephone support is of course also in the customers language.
Personal contact
We at @Leisure try our best to keep up the good relations with our partners. Every new affiliate gets his own account manager who can be contacted any time by E-mail or telephone. These account managers will assist you in case you have any questions or need tips or advice. For instance we can provide you with advice on which integration method to choose or how to promote your site optimally. The cooperation will be evaluated annually in order to achieve the best result for both parties. We like to meet partners who are generating a high turnover in person to optimise our cooperation.
Protection of consumer interests
@Leisure is a member of IMRG (www.imrg.org), the industry body for e-retailing in the UK, the Dutch Home shopping organisation, as well as of the European organisation EMOTA (European mail order and Distance Selling Trade Association). These organisations look after the interests of the consumer in case of online transactions or ordering by telephone. This happens in accordance with the directives of the EU. By being a member of these organisations @Leisure is obliged to act in accordance with their rules of conduct.
Continuous customer satisfaction survey
After returning from their holiday we ask every guest by mail to grade their travel experience. On the question: 'are you satisfied about your stay in your holiday home?' @Leisure scores on average 8.2 (high grade) on a scale of 1 to 10 (25,000 participants).
@Leisure publishes figures on the question: Are you satisfied about your stay in your holiday home?. This grade is shown for each accommodation on our website as long as a minimum number of inquiry forms have been filled in. Since the start of the questionnaire thousands of questions were answered, as a result we now have precise knowledge of the experiences of our guests. The publication of the figures is quite unique and helps new guests to choose their ideal holiday.
